These Mobile Messaging Terms govern the TenantBridge transactional SMS messaging program for tenant maintenance notifications.
TenantBridge LLC offers a mobile messaging program that enables tenants to receive transactional maintenance-related notifications on behalf of participating landlords. Certain TenantBridge features permit SMS communications between landlords and tenants. Use of SMS functionality is governed by the Mobile Messaging Terms incorporated herein by reference.
By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages regarding:
- Maintenance request acknowledgments;
- Maintenance progress updates;
- Maintenance completion notifications; and
- Maintenance cancellation notices.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity associated with your rental property.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- QUIT
- END
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you re-subscribe.
Re-Subscribe
To resume SMS notifications, reply:
- START
- UNSTOP
- YES

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Privacy
Mobile information shared for SMS consent, SMS opt-in, or SMS participation purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, disclosed, or provided to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For details, see the TenantBridge Privacy Policy.
