TenantBridge processes this information on behalf of landlords.

A. Transactional SMS Only
TenantBridge currently supports transactional SMS communications related to maintenance request status updates.

- Maintenance request resolved
- Maintenance request canceled
TenantBridge does not currently use SMS messaging for marketing, advertising, promotional, lead generation, solicitation, or other marketing-related purposes.
B. SMS Consent
SMS messages are only sent when:
- The landlord enables the functionality;
- The tenant has provided any required consent; and
- SMS notifications remain enabled.
Landlords are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required notices, disclosures, permissions, authorizations, and consents before utilizing SMS features.
C. Mobile Information Non-Sharing
Mobile information shared for SMS consent, SMS opt-in, or SMS participation purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, disclosed, or provided to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in data, consent records, mobile telephone numbers, messaging preferences, and related SMS information are used solely for:
- Delivering the transactional notifications described in this Privacy Policy;
- Operating and maintaining the TenantBridge platform;
- Maintaining compliance records;
- Auditing messaging activity;
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Investigating service issues; and
- Improving platform functionality.
TenantBridge does not share SMS opt-in information, consent records, mobile information, or messaging preferences with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

E. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on a recipient's wireless carrier plan.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Payment Information
TenantBridge uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
TenantBridge does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe pursuant to Stripe's privacy practices and terms.
For rent collection functionality, TenantBridge's intended architecture utilizes Stripe Connect Standard, under which landlords operate as the merchant of record and TenantBridge does not hold tenant funds.

We may share information with service providers that assist in operating the Services, including:

- Lovable Cloud infrastructure

- Google Workspace

These providers are authorized to access information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

TenantBridge generally retains account information:

- For approximately one (1) year following account cancellation.
Following the retention period, data may be permanently deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
Users may receive a data export upon cancellation, subject to technical limitations and applicable law.

TenantBridge employs administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These measures may include:
- Authentication controls;
- Role-based access restrictions;
- Row-level security controls;

However, no security system is completely secure.

15. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals.
Because no consistent industry standard currently exists, TenantBridge does not respond to all Do Not Track signals.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
TenantBridge may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may:
- Update the Effective Date;
- Post the revised Privacy Policy; and/or
- Provide additional notice through the Services.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity associated with the rental property.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, entering into a lease, obtaining housing, or receiving property management services.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
